Track My Order

Standard Orders are shipped with 2-3 days of confirmation. Personalized orders are shipped with 1-2 weeks upon confirmation. Complimentary shipping via USPS on orders $50 or more. We do not accept returns, as our products are made to order. If we happen to make a mistake, we will  correct any issues and cover the shipping. 

We are pleased to offer care instructions or repair support following your purchase. Please reach out to us if you wish to return an item for an exchange within 30 days of the date.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do offer gift cards starting at $15.00

What is your return policy?

You may return your order for a refund or exchange. Return merchandise must be postmarked or returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is eligible.

Please note that Manual Payments are ONLY ACCEPTED for "Call to Order" or in person sales. 

  • Manual Payments include Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Exact Cash.

  • Checks are NOT accepted.

  • Payment must be settled prior to or no later than estimated completion date.

  • Payment plans are available online only via SEW LUXURY partners listed above.
